What is your return policy?
Returns accepted within 7 days of delivery. Item must be unused and in original packaging. Contact us on WhatsApp with your order number to start a return.
How long does delivery take?
Same-day delivery is available for orders within Jakarta, Surabaya, and Bali. For other locations, delivery typically takes 3–7 business days.
