Please read these terms before placing an order. By using thepintar.com or buying from us, you agree to the points below.
Warranty
Most of our electronics carry a warranty of 7 to 30 days from the delivery date. The exact period depends on the product model and is shown on the product page or invoice where applicable. The warranty covers manufacturing defects only.
Replacements
If a product arrives spoiled or stops working through no fault of the customer within the warranty period, we will replace it with the same item or an equivalent one. We cannot replace items damaged by misuse, drops, water exposure, power surges, or other accidental damage caused by the customer.
Shipping
Shipping is handled by third-party couriers. Delivery times shown at checkout are estimates only and can change depending on the courier's backlog, weather, holidays, or other conditions outside our control. Once an order leaves our warehouse, the timing is managed by the courier.
Orders & pricing
All prices are in Indonesian Rupiah and include any applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We may correct pricing errors, refuse, or cancel any order — including after acceptance — if a product is mispriced, unavailable, or if we suspect fraud.
Payments
Orders are confirmed only after payment is fully received. We do not store full card or banking details — payment is processed through our licensed payment partner.
Cancellations & refunds
You can cancel an order at any time before it ships by contacting us on WhatsApp with your order number. Once shipped, an order cannot be cancelled but may still qualify for a return or replacement under the conditions above. Approved refunds go back to the original payment method and may take a few business days to appear.

Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by Indonesian law, ThePintar is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of our products or this website. Our liability for any single order is limited to the amount paid for that order.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Any dispute will first be resolved through good-faith discussion. Unresolved matters will be handled in the competent courts of Indonesia.
